RMZ One Paramount - Campus 20

RMZ One Paramount is project by RMZ Corp Holdings Pvt. Ltd.. It is a tech park that comprises of 3 Campuses. Campus 1 was developed by The Chatterjee Group (TCG) in the year 2009 and the other 2 upcoming campuses by RMZ Corp are under construction, expected to be completed by end of 2020. Located on Mount Poonamalle High Road, Porur, the project is spread across 14.3 acres of land , totalling of ~2 million sq.ft of built-up area,  with a dedicated landscaped area called ‘The Green Plaza’ for more than half the building’s perimeter.
