Disclosure of User Information
Cityinfo does not sell, trade or transfer User Information to third parties. However, we may share User Information with our business partners, sales team or company representatives for marketing, advertising or product/service offering purposes. For example, we provide User Information to our service providers for direct emailing of our newsletters, online surveys or notifications on https://properties.cityinfoservices.com offerings to our viewers. We also disclose User information if: we have your consent; we need to share it in order to provide you with the products and/or services you requested. If you agree to provide such information to these third parties, then your personal information will be subject to their privacy policies.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the digital channel, your information is protected both online and offline.

Sources of Cityinfo Commercial Property Information
Information contained on Cityinfo’s digital channels about third party listings have either been submitted by the owner of that information of collected by Cityinfo’s research team. Our sources of information include aggregation of information provided by listers and such commercial property information which is openly and freely available. Data providers may only contribute information to Cityinfo that they have a legal right to provide but Cityinfo assumes no responsibility for either i. the information being accurate or ii. the data provider having a legal right to provide this information.
Information on Cityinfo’s digital channels may be readily available without restriction from any number of different data sources. The following types of information may be reflected in the database:
i. Public records : Records created and maintained by government agencies and open for public inspection and use.
ii. Publicly available information: Information that is available to the general public from non-governmental sources.
iii. Non-public available information: Information that is privately owned and is not available to the general public or that is generally offered for a fee for use and redistribution without restriction.
iv. Openly available information: Information that has been made available without restriction by a property’s representatives, typically for their own convenience, competitive advantage, business benefit, or other commercial purposes.
v. Freely available information: Information that is accessible or available on the Internet or from other offline sources.
vi. Derived information: Partial or derived information from any combination of the above sources that are assembled, aggregated, appended, calculated, or associated together.
