The building is surrounded by IT companies, hotels, restaurants, shopping complex and enjoys good public transport connectivity.  Phase 3 (Leela Infopark) stands 10 floors tall and encompasses a total built-up area of ~1,65,000 sq. ft. with each floor measuring ~16,500 sq. ft. The present tenants are Conduent Business Services India LLP, and Chayowo Technology Solutions.
