Embassy Splendid Tech Zone - Block 3

Embassy Techzone is a Tech Park developed in 30 acres of land at Thoraipakkam to Pallavaram road by Embassy Group partnering with SNP Infrastructure. Strategically located in Chennai’s upcoming IT Corridor, this park includes both SEZ and NON-SEZ office space options. The complex comprises of 4 blocks, with a total built-up area of 3.5 million sq.ft. and have 3 levels of basement parking. Phase 1 of this project is 2 million sq.ft. and is under construction. 3.2 million sq.ft. is proposed for future development.
