ICC Tech Park - Tower A

ICC Tech Park is spread across ~4,00,000 sq. ft. of area and has two independent corporate towers for the IT and ITeS sector. Located adjacent to the famous retail brand Pantaloons at Shivajinagar, the multi-tenanted tower combines corporate spaces with high-street retail and fine dining options. There is an in-house food court and banks inside the facility and is surrounded by malls, hospitals, hotels and restaurants. Tower A is spread across G+9 floors with a total built-up area of ~2,15,000 sq. ft. and per floor area of ~21,500 sq. ft. The present tenants are Exela Technologies (BancTec TPS / SourceHOV), Encora Innovation Labs India, Yardi Software India, and SailPoint Technologies India.
