ICICI Towers is a landmark building developed by MEP Consulting Engineers located in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. The project is surrounded by residential and commercial complexes, shopping malls, IT Parks, schools and hotels. It has a total built-up area of ~7,15,000 sq.ft. with 13 floors, having a typical floor area of ~55,000 sq.ft. The location has good public transport connectivity and there is a food court, auditorium and banks inside the premises. The present tenants are ICICI Bank and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company.
