JMD Empire is an integrated commercial and retail facility including hospitality developed by JMD Group. Located in Sector 62, Gurugram, it offers commercial and retail space, in-house parking and is surrounded by several office buildings, hotels and restaurants. The tower houses a cafeteria alongwith other shared spaces.   Tower 1 is a 9-storey building comprising a total built-up area of ~1,10,000 sq. ft. with each floor measuring ~20,000 sq.ft. to 25,500 sq.ft. It is currently occupied by KCC Buildcon.
