Pritech Park - Block 15 (Annex Building)

A Grade-A tech park, Pritech Park encompasses an extensive area of ~36 acres with a total built-up area of ~4.3 million sq.ft. The SEZ campus enjoys a key location on Bangalore’s IT Corridor - Marathahalli-Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bellandur with easy access to a range of conveniences such as bus stops, restaurants, day-care centres, hotels, and residential areas. The premises houses a comprehensive range of amenities including an in-house food court, a gym and coffee shops. Pritech Park has been co-developed by Primal Projects Pvt. Ltd. and RGA Software Systems Pvt. Ltd. This block, spread over ~2,31,336 sq.ft. and 9 floors, holds prime office spaces. Each floor of Block 15 measures ~25,000 sq.ft.  The facility is currently occupied by renowned global organisations Accenture Services Pvt.
