RMZ One Paramount - Campus 30

RMZ One Paramount is an ongoing project, by RMZ Corp Holdings Pvt. Ltd.. It is a tech park that comprises of 3 Campuses. Campus 1 was developed by The Chatterjee Group (TCG) in the year 2009 and the other 2 upcoming campuses by RMZ Corp are under construction, expected to be completed by end of 2020. Located on Mount Poonamalle High Road, Porur, the project is spread across 14.3 acres of land , totalling of ~2 million sq.ft of built-up area,  with a dedicated landscaped area called ‘The Green Plaza’ for more than half the building’s perimeter. It offers modern working spaces with in-house speciality restaurants, café, executive health club and swimming pool. It is surrounded by IT parks, hotels, bus stops, and colleges.   Campus 20 is  under construction, developed by RMZ corp. It has 10 floors with a typical floor area of 1,13,000 sq.ft with 3 basement for parking.. It has a total built-up area of 8,81,005 sq.ft.
