Suzlon One Earth

Suzlon One Earth is a LEED Platinum and GRIHA-5 star green certified building, located in the eastern suburb of Hadapsar. It is divided into five interconnected, individual buildings that are aptly named after the elements of nature – Sun, Aqua, Sky, Tree and SEA. Spread across 10 acres, it comes with several shared amenities including an on-site childcare centre. It stands 4 floors tall with a total built-up area of ~1,25,000 sq.ft. with each floor measuring ~31,250 sq.ft. The tower is currently occupied by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), AXA Business Services, Legend 3D - VR VFX, 159 Solutions (IQVIA) and DSR Infotech.
