Western Vesu Point

Western Vesu Point in Surat – Vesu, is a commercial project comprising of shops, offices, hospitals, safe deposit vaults and godowns. Developed by Western Group, it stands 11 floors tall comprising a total built-up area of ~60,000 sq. ft. with a per floor area of ~6,000 sq. ft. There are residential towers, educational institutes, office buildings, hotels, restaurants and malls in its vicinity. It is currently occupied by Orkid Medilife, Greenleaf Hospital Services, SOTC for Holidays and HDFC Bank.
