It is well connected to markets as well as restaurants, and enjoys excellent road connectivity to various prime areas of the city. it comes with a food court and is currently occupied by Maharashtra State Security Corporation, Income Tax Department Centralized Processing Centre (Government of India), Esschem India, Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC),  Travel Voyages India, Space Business Communication Centre, Sheiladeep Investments and Flamboyante.
