IITM Research Park is India’s first university-based research park developed by IITM Madras. Spread across 11.2 acres with an elegantly curated courtyard surrounded by 5 individual towers that are interconnected through skywalks at multiple levels. It is an energy efficient campus deploying technologies pioneered by IITM Madras. Occupiers are TITAN Innovation Hub, Reliance IITM Telecom Center of Excellence, Caterpillar India Pvt. Ltd, Renault Nissan Technology and Business Centre etc.
